I found the location really convenient. the staff were friendly. I felt welcome. the room i had was spacious and included all the amenities i needed. the views were good. I also used the pool and gym.
the air conditioning did not work, so they moved me to another room. it was disruptive to my stay though.

It was a lovely surprise. The hotel is located a 3-minute walk from Pavilion Shopping Mall and a train station.
The hairdryer was kept within the closet on the mid shelf, so I needed to call reception to ask questions.

I appreciate the location, its near pavillion mall. there is no bridge directly, but walkable crossing a road. front desk personnel provides acceptable service. housekeeping delivers prompt service. I enjoyed my stay. my room was nice. The bed felt comfortable.

I found a big and comfortable room. The hotel decorated the room nicely for my birthday. Staff was cute. Anjaly, who served me at breakfast, was very friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel also was good.
